Capl Winter 2019-20 season Presentation Night (April 4th 2020) application forms!

To all venues that meet the criteria, you have little over a month to send myself the applications forms, they must reach myself by 7th January 2020.

All application forms can be found within each & every Captain's packs, or the application forms can be obtained via email, by contacting myself via email at dylan-w-palmer@hotmail.com.
